  Great service and greeted at entry. Products always stocked. Sales and discounts always a plus and grooming available if needed. My go to store for my pets. Store associates always available to assist. Great store to visit in Los Banos, CA

  Petco Los Banos zero stars horrible service they told me they wanted pictures of my private home to show the set up of a fish tank for some fish that cost two dollars of they would not sell them to me. They told me to come back before 8 o’clock with my pictures, we came back at 6:40 and were told that the aquatic section was already closed. I asked to speak to the manager who had told me to come back before eight and was told that she didn’t want to speak to us because she didn’t feel that we were worth her time and then they reserve the right to talk to or sell animals to anyone they feel like so selling or talking to somebody would be on a case to case basis according to their cashier Percy! my son asked one more time to please speak to the manager who had told him to come back just so he could get his fish and be done with it and she said if we continue to talk to her, she would call the police and have us removed from the store! Do not go to the store!
