really quick to prescribe anesthesia. WAY over priced and staff is weird and rude! save your time and go somewhere else. they make you feel like they only want your money and it looks like thats the clear reason with the Porsche and Alfa Romeo in the parking lot even though they say they’re “low cost”. Dr couldnt understand me when i clearly explained the reason i came to visit. didnt give an explanation as to why they would want to put him under and prescribe pain medication and she seemed uninterested.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience.
The female veterinarian who works there, who I believe is the owner, was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no compassion or concern for our dog. I was honestly shocked by how little effort she made to examine my dog.
She didn’t even bother properly holding her up to examine. She barely examined at all—no checking his eyes, ears, teeth, or even a proper basic physical examination. I have taken my dog to many veterinarians over the years, and this was by far one of the WORST veterinary experiences I have ever had.
What upset me the most was the complete lack of care and professionalism. When you take your pet to a veterinarian, you expect them to take the animal’s condition seriously and treat both the pet and the owner with basic respect. Unfortunately, we experienced none of that here.
I left feeling extremely disappointed and uncomfortable with the way our dog was treated. We will NEVER bring our dog back to this place again. If you genuinely care about your pet’s health and want a veterinarian who takes the time to properly examine and care for your animal, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I first took my dog on July 11th due to her left ear being red, so I suspect an ear infection. I felt Dr. Kim barely even took a look and stated a bug being trapped in the ear. My dog can come off as aggressive (she is 15 pounds and barks a lot) so I was told she would need to be sedated for the ear cleaning. I was also told antibiotic injections would be given to combat any possible infection.
The entire cost was almost $800. When I picked up my dog, I asked the front desk if any notes were left on what the possible reason could be as to why she had an infection, I was told it was inconclusive as a nothing was found in the ear.
A few days later I notice her ear was dirty again, so I cleaned it out myself and everything seemed to be fine.
The infection came back this month, this time on the left ear and shortly on the right. I decided to take my dog to a different vet. The new vet did a simple swap and tested it, my dog has had a yeast infection this whole time. (this time my dog was NOT sedated as the new vet found no reason and informed me of it being unnecessary as my dog allowed herself to have her ears cleaned out). My dog could have properly been diagnosed had the first vet ran the proper test instead of just unchanging me. This time I paid ¼ of the price. This office has astronomically high prices for low quality work.
Additionally, the new vet sent an email request on September 2nd asking for my dog’s medical records, no response was provided via email, so I called the office on September 9th to ask for medical records, I was told they would inform the vet and email me as soon as possible. I called again on September 12th to ask again, I was then told it would take up to 10 days. Medical records should be completed by the end of day and upon request should realistically take no more than 3 business days to be provided. This leads me to believe no medical notes are being documented.
I regret not reading the reviews for this place before, whatever you do, please do not take your pets here, the staff are kind and helpful, but the vet, Dr. Kim is the HUGE PROBLEM!
