I booked a vaccine appointment for today and got a confirmation text earlier in the day. Upon arrival, I was taken to an exam room that was utterly disgusting. There was animal waste on the floor, and the receptionist was completely ignoring the mess. After waiting around 5 minutes for the veterinarian, the receptionist returned to announce that they were behind schedule and could not see us today. When I questioned how they could turn away a confirmed appointment, she dismissively stated that they wouldn't be able to take their full lunch break if they took us, and ordered us to leave—without even a basic apology. Not a single "I'm sorry" or apology was offered. No wonder the reviews for this place are so bad. If you want to experience total unprofessionalism and disrespect, this place is the ultimate choice!

Ridiculous internal policies and terrible customer service I am writing this to warn other pet owners about the sheer incompetence and lack of accountability at this Vetco location. I booked the earliest available appointment online, which happened to be a Sunday. After dealing with an initial clerical error regarding my dog’s gender (which they only fixed after I had to visit again in person), my pet’s medication order was declined by Chewy because the clinic needed to verify the prescription. When I contacted the clinic on a weekday to simply get the prescription verified and sent to Chewy, the staff completely refused to help. Their absurd excuse? They claimed that Sundays operate as a separate "mobile clinic" and told me I had to wait until the weekend to speak with the specific Sunday doctor to resolve it. This is completely unacceptable. I booked through the official Vetco system, visited their physical location inside Petco, and received a Vetco invoice. It is not the customer's responsibility to navigate their confusing internal business structure (weekday hospital vs. weekend mobile clinic). Refusing to handle a basic prescription verification and telling a pet owner to delay their dog's medication for days because of their own lazy internal policies is the peak of terrible administrative service. I strongly advise taking your pets to a professional clinic that actually takes responsibility for their patients and doesn't brush you off.
