There was no staff available to help, the fish/aquarium section was very neglected, and the aquarium plants looked horrible. I wanted to buy some fish, but there wasn’t a single employee available to assist me. If you have the option to go to another Petco, you’re better off doing that.

They offered honest, helpful suggestions and treated my boy with the kindness you'd expect at a pet store. The staff at this store could teach a few things to those in Studio City. We ended up getting a few goldfish and a nice tank, along with some fish food.
