    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Petco Store 910! I had such an amazing experience at Petco Store 910 on Sepulveda, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize Gabriel, Richard, and Vanessa for going above and beyond. I came into the store with my busy and energetic daughter, Nylaya, looking to start our first GloFish aquarium. We had a lot of questions, and from the moment we walked in, they were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They helped us pick out four beautiful GloFish, all of the supplies we needed, and took the time to explain everything so we could properly care for our new pets. What impressed me the most was how friendly and welcoming they were to my daughter. Gabriel, the manager, even gave Nylaya a free gift, which absolutely made her day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they truly care about their customers. Unfortunately, I later had an accident with my fish and was devastated. When I returned to the store, Gabriel, Richard, and Vanessa once again went above and beyond. They helped me get replacement fish and additional supplies, answered even more questions, and made sure I felt confident moving forward. They treated me with kindness instead of judgment and genuinely wanted to help. To top it all off, they even helped carry my supplies out to my car. In today’s world, it’s rare to find customer service this exceptional. Their professionalism, patience, compassion, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you, Gabriel, Richard, and Vanessa, for making both me and Nylaya feel valued and cared for. We will definitely continue shopping at Petco Store 910 and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer service. 10/10 experience. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I booked my dog for groomers, as I've done several times in the past at this location. They said it would be a "couple of hours" and that I would receive a call in 2 hours or so with an update. Over the years I have dropped him off, he's usually done in 3 hours. When I called and booked, I was actually informed that the morning I had selected was "wide open, and should be quick". Still, I like to make sure I keep my expectactons relatively low. Arthur, the groomer seemed nice, no idea what his work is like because after 3 hours I called to get an update, and after being on hold for 7 minutes was informed that they hadn't even started work on my dog. No call, no communication, no prior explanation that they were backed up. When I spoke to the manager, Ashley, I was met with very lackadaisical and uninterested training-speak. I was told that Arthur was by himself and made to feel like I should care about the fact that he's overworked by Petco and overbooked, and that she was "pretty sure" they informed me of how long it would take...even though she was nowhere near us when I dropped the dog off. Here's a thought, perhaps this PETCO can stop overbooking dogs, and telling clients that they are wide open. Perhaps they could hire more groomers, and that might be a way that they could shoulder the responsibility of taking care of their employees like Arthur so that he doesn't have to deal with dissapointed customers. Ultimately, terrible communication, a lack of concern for the pet, and the customer's time, combined with a very poorly trained manager who took NO accountability at all, offered no apology for their mistake leads me to warn you not to bother coming here. I won't be.
