- NSNaga ShaktiAug 14, 20261.0I have two dogs and have been looking for a deodorizing product that might work well for an astroturf area in my backyard. I bought a one-gallon container of Simple Green Deodorizer and used a little more than half of the container over this area. It didn't work at all. When I brought the container back for an exchange with a Nature's Miracle product, I was told by Kelly, the manager on duty, that I couldn't exchange the product, even though I was within my 30-day purchase time frame. Now I'm out $40 for a product that really doesn't work. I feel Petco could have done more for customer satisfaction. Makes me want to just order from Chewy - at least I know they've got my back.

When I called the store expecting help, the employee was dismissive and simply told me I would have to come pick up the missing items myself. The entire reason I paid for delivery was because I couldn’t make it to the store. There was no apology, no effort to find a solution, and no offer to process a refund or work with DoorDash to resolve the issue. I was essentially told that fixing their mistake was my responsibility. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what makes the difference. A little empathy and a willingness to help would have completely changed this experience. Instead, I was left without the products I paid for and with no meaningful assistance from the store. I hope management addresses both the fulfillment process and the way customers are treated when issues arise.
