  I had a very disappointing experience with this Petco location. My DoorDash order arrived missing nearly half of the items I paid for. When I called the store expecting help, the employee was dismissive and simply told me I would have to come pick up the missing items myself. The entire reason I paid for delivery was because I couldn’t make it to the store. There was no apology, no effort to find a solution, and no offer to process a refund or work with DoorDash to resolve the issue. I was essentially told that fixing their mistake was my responsibility. Mistakes happen, but customer service is what makes the difference. A little empathy and a willingness to help would have completely changed this experience. Instead, I was left without the products I paid for and with no meaningful assistance from the store. I hope management addresses both the fulfillment process and the way customers are treated when issues arise.

  This store feels pretty outdated, both in terms of the building and the customer service. The place looks old, not very clean, and could definitely use better lighting. What stood out more, though, was how cold and uninterested the staff seemed. It felt like most employees were there because they had to be, not because they wanted to help customers. If you're looking for a specific item, don't expect much assistance. They often seem confused, overwhelmed, and too busy dealing with their own issues to assist customers properly. Getting useful guidance can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to find something quickly. The only real positive is the parking garage downstairs, although it could use a good cleaning too. Overall, it's not a terrible place to shop, but the store and the customer experience could use some serious improvement.

  A young man who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. He was immediately available to assist me. The store was fully stocked with all the items I came in to buy.

  The young lady at the Counter Greeted me with a Smile, asked if there was anything she could help me find directed me to the Tropical fish department. When I checked out she asked if I found everything in needed and smiled while completing my transaction. She's an asset to Petco. Upper Management please give her a Raise, she's got Class
