- AAAmirSep 29, 20262.0The parking area, elevator, and outside areas are very dirty. The shopping carts are often stolen, so if you purchase a large item, you either have to ask a Petco employee to help carry it or carry it yourself. Customer service is inconsistent—sometimes good, sometimes not.

As there were no shopping carts available, an associate brought my handcart to the cashier counter and another went to the garage to get me a shopping cart. Great customer service!

Their own website seems to be in some conflict with in store pricing. Also availability is vastly greater online, which again is part of the new reality. No fault, but then what really should the retail operation focus on? Services, obviously. Expanding the offerings would be nice. Maybe a shuffle to rethink is in order? Not sure what else to say, in a pinch, great to have it near... If they don't have what I need or want, doesn't help though
