I own a Pomeranian and I brought him here as a puppy months ago. I had to bring him back for a second brushing because they were not finished with him after hrs at his first appointment and then they suggested cutting his hair super short. Additionally, at his second visit he contracted worms. The lady suggesting to cut him short was rude about my dog and dismissive instead of taking care. I now take him to mobile 1 on 1 groomers and never had any issues.

I took a client's dog there to do some training. It was his first groom and the attendants were so nice. They checked on him and pet him to help him feel more comfortable. They had treats so I could treat the process. It was great.

To me the walk-in nail trims are bit more precise than the other nice places around. The dog relaxes here it's so comfortable and intentional, no skimping. UPDATE: I still go here 7 months later even though I moved from the area and have to use public transit, guaranteeing 3 hrs out of my day for a 10-15 minute nail trim. I think it's a pain but that is how much I like this business.
