Customer service is always great. They provide great options from drop off to self serve cleaning options for you and your dog. They offer many different treats and the place is always clean. The only reservation is the shampoo scents are not as refreshing as I'd like

Absolutely love their monthly membership! A full groom and unlimited DIY tub usage! Currently perfectly priced imo.

horrible groomers. the one in beverly hills is so much better don’t waste your time. we have an australian labor doodle and they shaved ALL of her after we stated 10 times do not shave her just cut the mats. Here’s a before and after. You are rude and ridiculous!

I brought my mini golden doodle in for a bath and trim but she was too matted and they needed to do a shave and I was as very anxious about picking up a dog I couldn’t recognize. I’ve had issues with groomers before. They were so kind and careful they did a great job and kept her tail nice and fluffy and her hair as long as they could. And they were really nice to keep posted and showed concern for my fears. My dog and very happy.

Review update: After my bad experience at Bowie Barker Culver City, I am happy to report that management has reached out to me and is addressing all of the issues. They assured me that they’re taking all necessary steps to ensure the doors will be closed and secured. Communication with patrons clearer about the cut and pricing more transparent upfront. I appreciate their acknowledgement of the issues and swift action. Original review: I booked this grooming session for my two babies after reading great reviews. I have to say, I was very disappointed overall. Let's start with the first horror with them having the front door open and one of my babies slipped out of his collar while in the groomers hands, as I was trying to explain the type of cut. She said "look" and there was my baby out on the sidewalk! I was mortified and thank goodness he didn't get far. Secondly, the cut was not as short as I requested or the photos I supplied displayed. Thirdly, don't make the mistake I made by not asking what the cost would be. After all was said and done, it was a hefty $300.00 for both dogs plus my tip on top. Woah. $150.00 a dog? For two small dogs? Huh? The grooming wasn't anything special. While everyone was very nice and pleasant, I definitely would never go back.
