  Everyone who attended me was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. Dr. Hernandez and Dr. Lee attended my beloved Chanel (cat) and they were both gentle with her and Dr. Hernandez, specially checked in on me to make sure I was okay even if I wasn’t a patient myself. Special shoutout to Kiara who was kind and sweet as well. My whole experience was amazing!

  This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a veterinary clinic. The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and did not clearly explain the costs of my puppy's care. I was told the vaccine itself would cost around $30, but no one explained that returning for the next scheduled booster would also require another $93 exam fee. I only found this out after asking more questions. If that had been explained upfront, I would have made completely different decisions about my puppy's care. What bothered me most was the attitude. Instead of acknowledging why this was frustrating, I felt like my concerns were brushed off. I wasn't asking for anything free—I just wanted transparent pricing so I could make an informed decision. I also asked about the wellness plan, but the full financial commitment wasn't clearly explained during the conversation. It felt like I had to keep asking questions before important information was disclosed. If your pet needs routine vaccines, I recommend getting a complete price breakdown before agreeing to anything. I left feeling like the communication was poor, the customer service was dismissive, and the experience was far more stressful than it needed to be.

  This Banfield is the best… We loved our vet at Beverly Robinson, but we needed something closer to home. This Petsmart was the first place we ever went with our adopted dog hopper - we adopted him from the SPCA la when he was 10 and he lived 7 years. His grooms, his checkups, his weigh ins. He was celebrated and loved the rest of his life here. When we knew it was time to say goodbye, they helped us. They supported us through his medical care and helped us make him a as comfortable as possible in the last 3 months of his rapid decline. They let us bring in our own blankets and we had our other dog with us. We made a small space so intimate. We laid with him, sang to him, made our own little clay paw prints with him. My husband held his face and looked into his eyes as he took his last breath and I rubbed his ribs, feeling his whole body melt into a state of immediate peace. They were compassionate, respectful, and let us grieve as much as we needed. It was difficult to walk out of the room without him. They didn’t judge us as our hearts literally broke in front of them. How do you write a five star review about one of the worst moments of your life? I guess this is what it looks like. We miss you, Hopper. We think of you every day. Thank you, Banfield for your continued care for our animals.
