  I brought my 11 from chi mix for her itchy skin problems and an ear infection. The dr I saw is their skin and allergy specialist. Millie was not afraid of him which is very unusual. It was a good omen. The assistant came in and millie liked her as well. There were a lot of treatments reco.mended, include a food believee they are honest reviews. Even the charges are presented before treatment you are not obligated to approve any you don't feel comfortable with paying. You can choose ti get them next time. Im happy I came here.

  Very unprofessional had me come in for an appointment and 30 min before told me there was no doctor commuted all the way from east LA.

  Loved this place, Ashley was very sweet and gave us her honest advice, which is exactly what you want in a vet. They were super upfront about cost and the treatment plan, while caring for our cat.

  The staff at Spring Animal Hospital were very kind, helpful, and efficient. Shout out to Ashley, she basically held my hand through the whole process and was patient and ensured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She was gentle with my kittens and had a very positive attitude. Dr. Lee was professional and also ensured all of my questions and concerns were addressed. She offered me a treatment plan that she felt would best help my kitties but also didn't pressure me into everything, which was very refreshing. The woman at reception was very warm, kind, and helpful! I didn't catch her name but she was great too! This was my first time in and I think we found our vet. :) Thanks team!

  The doctor is good. Difficult to understand if you speak English, but is personable.
