  The staff here is kinda and gave no indication of annoyance when asking a lot of questions. They got right down on the floor and made my baby feel comfortable.

  I was in need of a vet since my one of my dogs had possible gotten a foxtail in his ear. I called on a Saturday, explained the situation and that I also advised I didn’t have a whole lot of money to spend but would like to get him looked at. The women I spoke with on the phone was very polite very nice let me ramble about the situation and explained the exam fee and rabies shot fee since he was due. Brought him in Monday, got there early since he isn’t very socialized and wanted to give him time to relax. Got checked in, about 10 minutes later was called to the back. ALL of the staff was super accommodating and so very sweet with my boy. They understood he hasn’t been around many new people and so I wasn’t sure how he would take to strangers in a strange building. The vet and vet tech were both OUTSTANDING with him and were soft, gentle and let him get used to them and being around them before doing anything. They gave him his exam, told me what they found and took him in the back for about 5 minutes and was able to retrieve the sticker without sedation and give him his shot. Hands down one of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had. Any vet is expensive now but their pricing was good and reasonable and the fact they treated my baby with such respect and understanding made it worth every penny. Highly recommend them and will be returning when I need something else. Thank you to every at Critter Creek for giving my boy the best vet experience he could have had

  The doctors and techs that we saw were great, but unfortunately the front desk experiences weren’t what you would expect. She made a mistake almost every time we had an appointment. She argued with me trying to charge me for a suture removal instead of asking the doctor if it was a mistake, telling me that’s how my appt was booked. When I got my dogs nails trimmed, no one told us the price went up to $45 until we checked out. My pharmacy sent a refill request multiple times and my dog ran out of her meds. When they finally refilled it, they sent it to a different pharmacy and I didn’t find out until I was trying to pick up. When the doctor gave us a no charge revision surgery, the front desk told me I needed to make a down payment. Maybe my customer service expectations are too high, but I feel like when you pay for a service you should be treated well.

  We adopted a 4 month old puppy and we were so glad we brought him here! Our tech was wonderful and answered all my questions that I had about his vaccines. Dr. Ian Schneider was awesome! He performed a wellness exam and also answered all my questions! Our tech made sure our pup was super comfortable when administering the vaccines. We left happy and we got a goody bag! Definitely will be coming back:)

  We recently learned that our kitty needed all of her teeth removed. Gulp! We checked out a couple of different veterinary of fices and decided to go with Critter Creek Veterinary Hospital. We're so glad we did. Their fees were much more reasonable than surrounding Veteranarians. They were very good too about providing multiple re-checks without a charge and we're always patient and helpful to us, especially with what was a challenging recovery for awhile. However, now our kitty is happy and healthy and back to her energetic and loving self. We're so grateful to Dr. Basi and the staff at Critter Creek Veterinary Hospital. THANK YOU!
