- EJEliza JefferiesJul 22, 20261.0I bought a 2 month old puppy yesterday. I was told by the lady that the puppy did not have her first shots yet. So, I made an appointment and brought her in to get vaccinated. Instead I was told by Eviana/Eliana something like that, that they cant do the vaccines and I had to wait an additional week. I asked her why because it didnt make sense. I asked her where it said that on the website and she told me it didn't. The El Cajon Petco is the one that referred me today because they only have Clinic on Friday & Saturday. Never thought I'd get refused service when I was doing the right thing to get the puppy vaccinated. They did absolutely no preventive care or exam. I will be canceling the animal insurance I just pushed today! Hopefully the puppy is ok & not already sick or have any underlying issue. Absolutely horrible service!!!
