This is my first time visiting a clinic, as I recently bought a puppy who is due for a vaccination. I arrived at the entrance and found no one there. I waited, while simultaneously taking an important phone call, and when I saw that no one was coming, I went inside the clinic. A young woman came out and told me that I would have to reschedule my appointment. I told her that I would simply look for another clinic instead. Since buying my puppy, I have been purchasing his food at the store right next door. However, given this level of service, I certainly won't be returning to either the clinic or the store. I went there originally because it is just 7 min from my apartment, but I will now look for another place with better service.
