  Great customer service here! The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and we'll organized. The only complaint is the parking lot is a nightmare. Parking spaces are often full, but the bigger issue is the traffic getting in and out of the parking lot. 10-15 mins waiting to get in or out is crazy and people start acting that way! That's not on the store itself, but if you can avoid a weekend foray then I'd recommend it! Weekdays are much easier.

  Lleve a mi gatito que adopte de la calle, porque parecía enfermo, después de la consulta me mostraron las recomendaciones del doctor, con un costo de más de 1,000 dólares, lo cual me parece absurdo y me recetó medicamentos para una infección la cual me vine enterando después que ese medicamento solo se tiene que proporcionar a la mascota solo si sale positivo a una prueba de laboratorio, entonces simplemente me lo querían vender y poner en riesgo a mi mascota, lo lleve a Tijuana y gaste solo 250 dlls, en cambio en petco me dijeron que si no hacía los estudios, había la posibilidad de que podría morir en 7 días, no sé en qué cabeza cabe decir eso.

  Staff here helps and knows what they are talking about. They are walking around and actually interact with clients. They are so polite and helpful. I was so pleasantly surprised, I will drive all the way out there in the future.

  Everyone on the staff was very kind and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back!
