  We’ve been at the store quite a few times over the past month as we’ve been researching a fish tank for my son. Alex has helped us a few times and he is amazing! So informative and engaging with my son. He taught us so much about proper tank and fish care. You are lucky to have such a valuable employee. In addition, Ricki has helped us a few times as well. He was also extremely informative and helpful. We go back on days we know Ricki and Alex are working as they are the best.

  This really tall guy was placing pallet jacks right in front of the items I was looking at, I would keep moving to get out of his way but he would keep coming out with more and kept placing them right in front of the whole row!! Not even an “excuse me” or “we are about to move this whole row if you could excuse us” nothing! I got really upset because I felt I was being pushed out of the area so I had to hurry up and leave that area, but that wasn’t it, they guy with a beard at the register had this nasty, annoyed attitude, the only thing he said was a forced “thank you” at the end of the transaction, which I didn’t even answers to because I was already upset with the whole palette situation. We were excited to go get stuff for our new kitten, unfortunately we had a very uncomfortable experience thanks to those two grown adults who were visibly not having a good day and couldn’t seem to keep it professional at their job.
