Vet doctor throw in a lot of unnecessary and very expensive medications, blood check , pancreas check etc etc etc costing to almost $900 or more. We are very disappointed- does not want to go back on that clinic in Lakewood anymore 😢

This has been the best and most enjoyable service I have received at a Vetco total care center. Every time I come here the staff has done an exceptionally well service. Orin has been such a great help. If you ever want to find the best Vetco for your animal, this is the place to go!

The staff are very friendly, I just didn’t like how they try to scam you for your money. I took my cat on the 28th of August with a wound on his paw. They said it was infected and recommended 2 shots and antibiotics ( which I paid $244 for). They gave me a follow up appointment to remove the wrap on his paw and said it would be at NO CHARGE. When I go to his follow up they unwrap it and say it’s still infected and recommend a new antibiotic. However, in order for them to prescribe it for him i had to pay a $73 fee!!! Just to be able to purchase the antibiotic I had to pay a $73 fee that is insane. Keep in mind I spent $244 the first visit. Like I said the staff was very friendly I have no complaints but to charge a fee for prescriptions is just not ok.

Worst Clinic. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Pricing was unclear and was provided with a sample kit, but they refused to perform the test themselves, due to them wanting to leave.
