  I go early for great parking. Usually only for cat stuff, so I can't comment on other products/services. They have always helped me getting items since I am seriously disabled. And they don't roll their eyes when I ask for help taking it to the car. [Petsmart refuses even if you are in a wheelchair.] Happily, they have recently expanded their selection of Tiki Cat.

  I just went in to get fish for my aquarium. I was met with Debbie. I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to ask me about my tank. Which was no problem, I appreciate that she cares enough about these animals to make sure they are in the right environment. What I don’t appreciate is the way she spoke to me. She was giving information and I asked a question and she quickly snapped back and said “ I just told you”. After a minute or two, she had me scan a QR code and I told her I would go home and do more research because honestly I was tired of the conversation and being spoken to like it was my first day . She then complained that she couldn’t see what was on my phone because I have a privacy screen. I already had waited over a month to put any fish in my aquarium and she told me it wasn’t long enough. So I said okay, I’ll wait to come back. She then told me I could get the fish if I want but she won’t guarantee it. I tried to end the conversation several times and she continued to tell me how she’s worked there for 25 years and she knows how to tank care of those animals. Which I never questioned. I did mentioned that I’ve heard several ways to set up a tank and I just think I’ll do more research on my own. She then told me everyone has different ways and if I wanted to do it “my way” ( which I had not mentioned anything , I was hearing her out) then if they die , it’s on me . After I told her I would do more research and come back she got upset and told me “ you don’t want to listen to my recommendations? Don’t get frustrated” . She then told me that she has a betta in a 3 gallon after I told her I had a six and she said it would be too small for me to get one.

  I really like coming to Petco, this store is very clean and has good product compared to petsmart. But the cashier (Camille , maybe) I had was not friendly. Very snooty and rude. I picked up something I thought was for sale and she grabbed it off the counter and was like this is not for sale ( with a snicker attitude), I said can I buy it. She said it's decor. I would have even bought it for 10 bucks. She could have asked some one. Business is business. Anything can be sold. I tried to find something but I wanted what I picked up. I went back to check out. She didn't say much to me once I went back. Gave me a total. Then on my way out she very clearly was being passive aggressive in her have a good day. I really like this store. But it would make me not want to go back when people act like that. Customer service is a hard thing, but why he rude. You work in a pet store everyday. Who would be rude, being there would make some so happy .
