  Absolutely love the vets and experiences I've had here! I came here once 4-5 years ago for a consult on my soul-dog who was diagnosed with bone cancer. They had a vet at the time that did stem cell therapy. Although it ended up not being a viable option for my boy, I distinctly remembered the visit being amazing. Making an appointment was easy, the appointment itself was on time with no wait, and what I love the most was the care and time the vet took with me -- listened to my story, my concerns, my hopes/fears -- and the vet was kind, took her time, examined my boy/discussed everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel rushed or like another "ticket" to get through. Fast forward to now, I have a new puppy and was looking for a home-base vet to establish him with. Although I have actually used a different vet for all of my dogs for the last 25 years, I always remembered the one experience I had here and decided to go back for a first visit with my new pup. I had the same exact great experience! I did a consult with Dr. Sultzer and received the same kindness, time, care, explanations, etc., and also appreciated that all questions I had and treatment options were discussed thoroughly; he gave his honest input as if it were his own dog and took my concerns into consideration. A huge THANK YOU to the team as the environment, receptionists, and tech were all great as well and I feel everything was reasonably priced (also got to throw in that they are open on Sundays! That is a rare find in the vet field) ❤️ Excited to make the switch and have LHAH as my pup's veterinary support moving forward!

  I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Jon Sultzer since he was a puppy. Dr. Sultzer is very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. Last Thursday, we brought Bentley to the clinic because he was having choking problems. Dr. Sultzer and his technician, Fernanda, treated him with so much kindness and care. Bentley also has vision problems, and Fernanda carried him around like a baby to help him feel safe and comfortable. Thank you, Dr. Sultzer and Fernanda, for taking such wonderful care of Bentley!

  We unexpectedly had to put our dog down on Sunday. The staff was amazing and Dr. Chang was so compassionate. They saw us right away, explained our options and helped us make the best decision for our pet. They made a difficult time just a bit more bearable.

  Dr Duveneck and Dr Sultzer helped our 15 year old Cockapoo through a difficult surgery. They are the best!

  Dr. Terri Chang is the absolute best. We have been seeing her for our two senior dogs for about a year, and I have to say that her care and time that she takes with them has surpassed anything that we have seen within the last decade. She approaches everything with humility and is always transparent with us on her logic that she uses to propose care plans. She has always found a way to meet our two dogs where they are at, despite their shy quirks. I do think it makes all the difference, as our dog, who is more anxious and has arthritis, no longer nervously trembles when going to see vet. On top of it, the hospital itself, and the staff, are amazing. The techs are knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. They have never missed out on our questions for our prescriptions, conduct thorough intakes, and also catch things that I myself have forgotten as pet parent. LHAH leadership, please know how wonderful everything is with the way is today. The experience, the scheduling, the holistic care, philosophy… It is all perfect! I would not change a thing. I have been referring both colleagues and friends to LHAH. Please continue to do the wonderful work you do in putting our pets’ health first.
