  I came to buy some live aquarium plants and some substrate for my betta tank and Thomas and Michael, I believe were their names, were so, so helpful. I picked out everything myself, but they assured me so well of what I had to do and that everything I was buying was good for my tank. I’ve never ever been to a petco that someone helps me this well with my aquarium needs or even had any good plants and good quality things for aquariums. If you need anything for your fishies COME HERE.

  I returned cat food that was making my cat sick. The associate would only provide me store credit as the order was placed more than 30 days ago, but it had not been 30 days since it was DELIVERED, that should be the date that the clock starts. Associate would not engage, simply said computer says I have to give store credit, the end.

  I picked up some Science Diet Food for our dog. While going around the store, a salesclerk Michael approached me and offered help. I told him about buying a small aquarium as a birthday gift to our granddaughter Colette who’s turning 5 on October 12. Michael picked up all supplies that I may need and provided me explanation and offered future help if may need one. Michael is an excellent associate. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to help. I was able to accomplish this project easily with his help. Thank you Michael. Thank you Petco.

  I’ve been so disappointed lately, but I have to go in because once again my autoship does not ship on time. This time when I got there, it wasn’t ready for pick up. It had not been paid for. I had to cancel AutoShip altogether and get all my points, reimbursed me and pay out-of-pocket. I live 1.2 miles away from Petco. Out of convenience, I made my way through many different dog foods for my highly allergic puppy who’s now seven years old and can only tolerate a couple of the wholehearted brand dog food. I would switch to another pet store in a second if it weren’t for her.
