- KKKenzieMay 29, 20261.0Lorraine at the Vetco vaccination clinic was very rude and unprofessional. Firstly, I had an appointment at 3:15 PM and wasn’t seen until almost 4. Several people were put in front of me that did not have appointments because they made a mistake and skipped past my name on their system. While waiting in this very long line for over 45 minutes there was a very large dog with their owner in front of me and my two small dogs and they were sniffing each other and getting along, but they were on leash and wanting to play. The bigger dog then tends to launch at my dogs with excitement, and Lorraine takes it upon herself to come up to the woman with the larger dog and tell her to move away, so that my dogs are not being annoying and bothering her dog. Take absolute offense to that because that was not anything I had done or my dogs had did or this other woman. Completely rude and unprofessional and when I told her I don’t appreciate her saying that she wouldn’t even give me the time of day.
