I’ve taken my dog to both the Huntington Beach location and the Santa Ana location where he was treated wonderfully and the services were always done above and beyond. I got him a flea bath/flea removal add on, and when we arrived to pick him up, we asked how many fleas they removed. To which the girl responded with “none—he had no fleas” which is impossible, because I know for a fact he had fleas. I removed two fleas before taking him in, and had seen another one that I couldn’t remove. This is the second time this has happened that I have paid for an add-on service in this location and the service was not completed. To top it off, one of the girls is very rude. If I treated people this way at my customer-facing job, I would get fired. This location is overpriced, and not worth bringing your pups here. The team at HB/Santa Ana are where it’s at, on top of being more reasonably priced!

They buzzed her down to nothing and cut off her teddy bear cut. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed of how terrible my dog looks. The girl meant well but did not possess the skills needed to be paid for a professional dog groomer’s skills.
