The employee who helped me asked if Fancy Feast was my cat’s primary food and then commented that feeding it was “basically like giving my cat one cheeseburger a day.” I found this comment unnecessary and judgmental. It made me feel criticized for my choice of pet food, which was inappropriate and unprofessional. I would appreciate it if you could remind employees to avoid making unsolicited comments about customers’ purchasing decisions unless asked for advice. Thank you.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My dog receives routine, professional grooming on a regular schedule and has never had issues with matting. I was surprised to see an additional charge for de-matting when my dog was not matted at all. I was also charged as if she were a long-haired even though she is not. I've always taken my dog to specialist grooming salons, and this was the first time trying a different groomer due to our recent move. I expected transparent pricing and accurate assessments, but instead I felt I was charged for services my dog did not need or they didn’t do. I hope the business reviews its grooming assessments and communicates any additional charges with pet owners before performing or billing for them. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning.
