  Vets highly incompetent… Failed to diagnose stomatitis in my cat after a series of expensive but irrelevant tests, when her symptoms could not be more obvious… She starved to death because of untreated stomatitis despite of us taking her to this hospital regularly for four months to check on her situation… I was told she had cancer in her mouth and couldn’t be saved… Only today did I realize she actually had stomatitis and we could have tried antibiotics, or teeth extraction, or something, at least something to save her… But the vet here didn’t even give any treatment plans… The name of the disease was not even mention once by the vet!

  Large corp that cares about way over charging. My dog couldnt breathe . Vet said nothing wrong with lungs. Came back next day for blood test, dr did not even come out to tt me said blood test was good. While my dog was gasping for air. Wanted 505$ for xray and another 232 for someone to read the xray Really drs can’t read X-rays. Took my baby to another vet that charge 300 and he read the xray no charge. My baby had a tumor that spread to his lungs and I had to put him down he was only8. Nothing wrong with his lungs ? Thanks for letting my dog suffer and ripping off seniors. Don’t ever go here if your dog is really sick. KKR pet vet corp owns them 420 locations is all about the money here not your pet. Shame on u I’m devasted!!!

  I had a wonderful first experience at Irvine Pet Hospital while getting a health certificate for my dog, Sesame. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and kind. The facility is very clean. The reception staff made the check-in process easy, and Dr. Chang (I apologize if I have the name slightly wrong) was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, Sesame was comfortable throughout the visit and seemed to genuinely like everyone she met. The entire process for the health certificate was smooth and stress-free. Based on my experience, I would recommend Irvine Pet Hospital for health certificates as well as routine wellness care and other veterinary services.

  Not happy with my visits. Starting with the receptionists, the personnel are not pleasant. Very hard to find a consistent vet for your pet here. They just charge you a lotta money for random tests. Not been a good experience for me or my dog. Happy with my new hospital. Ask me about it
