  I love this store. They have a wide range of options for healthy pet foods and the employees are always willing to guide me in the right direction. They don’t just tell me where it is they actually walk with me talk to me and listen to what I’m looking for. I have had good experiences at other petcos befor but this store hold the ranking as my favorite thus far 😊👍👍

  Grooming manager Grace; This is the individual that had me banned from getting my poodle groomed because I didn't bend to paying her hidden fees that she did not want to put on my receipt. I may appointment online I chose all the options I wanted when I got to this location she asked me if there was any particular details I wanted to add to the groom I asked that she pay rather her department pay attention to the dogs paws the groom is closest possible in between the toes and to ensure that no liquid enters her ear canals as she was prone to ear infection. She then tried to sell me charge me whatever you want to call it additional fees for these added requests I said I was willing to pay them but I wanted them notated on the receipt she gave me a look that to quote a phrase would kill, she also became very abrupt and said okay I'll do what you want I won't charge you. When I picked up my dog I offered her $17 in cash for a gratuity she said keep it. She then proceeded to ban me from not just this location from grooming services throughout the Petco franchise. I wasn't notified of the banning until I went back a few days ago to make another appointment and I was notified then when I attempted to make a grooming appointment at a different location that's when I found out the ban was throughout store chain. I notified Petco and I've been told my claim has been escalated but no one has contacted me. I have since made a grooming appointment at a competitor, I also have an online account and spend about $1,600 a year online and in Petco stores if I am not notified by someone in management about this situation before August 21st I will end my business with Petco permanently.

  Victor went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was so kind and patient. He should be the model of how to train other employees.
