  I have been to this location many times. Good service. I like that i can get my dogs shots there and i dont need appt. (when ShotVet is there)

  Made an appointment. Got there 5 minutes late. They said they can’t see my Dog because his medical records don’t say if the rabies shot is 1yr or 3yr or when it expires. I pointed out that it says the time, date AND that it’s 3yr. I asked to speak to the manager, but ultimately, I left. I’m not going to argue with someone about spending my money, I’ll just take it elsewhere. I only came here because they did an amazing job with him some years ago, but I won’t be coming back because I didn’t like their attitudes or having my time wasted.

  I had to go back to get the price on the website. The cashier told me I have to tell them about the price match. Why is that my responsibility? I thought a customer only had to do that if they find it for less at another store. Not on the stores own website.

  We just left, it's a mess in there. The staff is nice but dear mother of pearl what are they doing. We were there to buy cat food it was just a mess. No prices on the liter were we suppose to guess. It looks like it's run by nobody let me run it and give me three weeks.

  Justin at Petco provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He helped me find exactly what I needed and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. It's clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers and knows his products well. Excellent service like this is hard to find these days. Thanks, Justin, for going above and beyond I’ll definitely be coming back!
