  The store is big but it’s a messssss, nothing is organized nothing has a price tag. The cashier had a horrible attitude, will not be coming here anymore.

  I have been shopping at this Petco since 2010, and I have never seen the store in the condition it was in today. There were machines, inventory dollies and equipment throughout the aisles, making it difficult to maneuver a shopping cart. Many shelves were empty, products were not faced, and the overall store appeared disorganized. Initially, I assumed the mess was due to customers, but I visited early in the morning expecting the store to have been recovered overnight, and it was still in the same condition. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue for weeks. Because this location is frequently out of stock, I've had to drive to the Bell Gardens, Downey, and Firestone locations to find the products I need. I've always enjoyed shopping at this store, which is why it's disappointing to see it in this state. I hope management is able to improve inventory, organization, and overall store presentation because this location used to be much better. I was use to a different petco standard.

  ZERO STAR. I will never come back to this Petco location in Huntington Park. I placed an order online specifically for curbside pickup. When I arrived and called the store, I was told they don't even offer that service, completely defeating the purpose of ordering online.​I was forced to go inside, only to find a massive line of about 15 people and absolutely no express line or counter for online orders. To make matters worse, there was only one cashier open. The cashier, Teresa, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked her if there were any other cashiers available, she completely ignored me—didn't reply and wouldn't even look at me.​When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager had stepped out and there was no manager in the store. An employee called for a team leader, but after waiting for more than 7 minutes, absolutely no one showed up.​The ONLY saving grace of this visit was a kind young lady who stepped in, apologized, and got me my order. It was incredibly nice of her to help when no one else would, but the overall lack of management, terrible wait times, and Teresa's awful attitude ruined it.​Save yourself the frustration and don't shop at this location.

  Let you order curbside pick up but don’t have curbside pick up and I would not have be told that if I did not call (20 mins wait) and telling them I was there to pick up app said (SIT TIGHT AND WAIT FOR UR ORDER TO COME OUT AND PARK NEAR THE FRONT DOOR) than was told I got to come in the inside after letting him know I’m injured and pick up the dog food and still no help … but I would never buy here again …and always Crowded do not go here !

  experience: pretty good establishment has the vet prescribed food i needed. the lady that signs off on the prescription doctor note to be able to pay for the food which i don't understand why thats needed was really helpful. additional thoughts: pretty good location, would go here 2011 - 2020 to just look at the animals like a zoo. although I do wish there was more for the animals to do in their cages that is more of a ideal situation rather than a realistic one.
