  This is my review for one of the staff at Vetco. It is a young African American lady. Sorry I don’t recall her name. She was very snappy, short with me and rude . I came in for a first time free visit and I couldn’t afford all the recommendations but I did at least want to get prescriptions on chewy. I just inherited a cat who had been in a pretty bad situation and he’s never seen a vet until he came with me. I’m on limited income as a college student and entrepreneur that isn’t always making consistent sales but I still can do my best with what I have. so I asked for just the written prescriptions and it seems they want you to fill the Rx in-house. They only sent me one Rx and when I realized I lost the Rx for the dog food unfortunately that’s on me. I called to see if they can send me a Rx prescription via email. First call, I recognized it was the same girl that saw me on my first visit. She said that our call was choppy when in fact I could hear her clearly. Second call, I told her I heard her just fine in the first call and I proceed with the call and asked for the ear Rx for my cat, food, and flea Rx. Then she asked me “can I place you on hold…mid sentence as I was explaining myself not allowing me to respond . I felt it was rather rude instead she could’ve said “excuse me I’m on another call I’ll need to place you on hold” When I brought this up. She said “was it an emergency? No I didn’t think so. I feel someone needs to train her on phone etiquette. I’m surely not coming back. She even raised her voice at me in person when she was becoming impatient with me as I was trying to obtain a grant from OC animal allies so my cat can get the care it needs. I really am disappointed. The doctor and the rest of the staff was very kind.

  Brought my 8 week old kitten here for her first official check up and shots. Staff and doctor were super friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They were also very patient with a very feisty kitten!

  The staff are very friendly and informative. They took the time to talk me through each step and recommendation. Always give the best care to my cats and make them feel comfortable.

  Love this location! I brought my puppy and the team hooked her up with everything she needed, Great deal and super friendly staff:)
