  Staffs are great!! They listen and try to get the best plan of treatment for my cat that is suffering with allergies for a long time. I’m from Brazil and the Vet gave a paper sheet explaining everything about the allergy in Portuguese, and I even ask for. This was so kind!

  As a customer of Petco for over 20+ years, we were astounded at the level of blatant disregard by the manager of this store, Ruby. We came in on an 82 degree hot day to purchase multiple bags of dogfood and puppy food. We brought in two of our 4 dogs to buy some treats and toys as well. One of our dogs started panting so I brought in my collapsible water bowl and politely asked the cashier if there was a water fountain available. She was new and needed to as the manager, Ruby. Ruby looked right at me and my thirsty puppy and said, "No" and walked away. Imagine my astonishment when I walked to the back of the store and found two water fountains!! I do want to note that we go to Petco frequently and have always had a great experience with the employees, and even on this trip everyone else was very friendly. The ultimate irony was that we were in the store during this Petco's "Hydration Station time" from 2-4. We usually love going to Petco but this time we were extremely disappointed by this experience. There is actually a Petsmart closer to our home, but we go out of our way to support Petco and I thought our experience should be noted..
