- SYSherrie Yokoro5 days ago5.0Mochi boarded at Paws for the first time in a long while. He did really well. Paws chateau is so organized - easy check in and when I pick him up, I was given a report card on how he did. As a first timer, I was more anxious than he. But Paws staff and everyone who works there are great and will not hesitate to have Mochi board there. Also the daycamp is also great for anyone who needs some time for themself.

- TATrina AnsdellApr 13, 20265.0Paws Chateau helped me out with boarding my 2 smaller dogs when I was in an emergency situation and lost my house/dog sitter. In the past, I had boarded my dogs ONCE at another local location but my dogs came home so nervous and started having weird symptoms. After $1700 of vet bills, I realized that their symptoms and bloody stools were simply driven by anxiety and leftover stress from their boarding experience. So, even though I was desperate and needed my dogs to be boarded, I was nervous for them and their stress level while separated from us. I knew what Paws Chateau would offer for playtime and sleeping arrangements, and they made me feel comfortable with leaving them in great hands. When I picked up my dogs, they were so happy to see us but seemed healthy too. They slept a lot at home which means they played all day for 4 days straight and had a blast! There have been no signs of anxiety or stress, no bloody stools, and I couldn’t be happier with our boarding experience! We will for sure use Paws Chateau again!!!!
