My doodle (almost 2 years old!) recently completed the one-week Board & Train program at Paws Chateau with Todd and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! As a full-time working Mom to a teen who also has a busy schedule, I needed some extra help with training, and I’m so glad I chose Paws Chateau. My pup had never been away from me for an entire week, but the team made me feel completely comfortable and confident that she was in great hands. I especially appreciated the webcams in the daycare areas and her room, so I could check in on her whenever I wanted. The entire experience felt organized, structured, and thoughtful. I loved all the little extras, from seasonal puppuccinos and a blueberry facial during her bath to the adorable graduation photo she received at the end! Most importantly, the improvement in her manners and behavior has been amazing! Loose-leash walking was one of our biggest struggles, and now our walks are so much more enjoyable for both of us. She responds to commands so much better and has made significant progress with distractions. We’re looking forward to continuing with their group training classes and, of course, more daycare visits! I highly recommend Todd and the Paws Chateau team to anyone looking for quality training and a place where their dog is genuinely cared for.

Paws Chateau has been a great place to board our pup. The staff are caring, friendly, and helpful. Our little dog seems happy there, which is important to us. We pay additional for some of the optional items because she’s part of our family. The staff asks good questions and the food/meds have been administered properly. Only thing I would suggest is to improve on the doggie cam so it’s not displaying a grainy feed, and that the system not have a buffer.

We bring our puppy here for socialization once or twice a week and he loves it. We also just did a week long day camp/training package and he learned so much that we are able to continue with him at home. Todd is an amazing dog trainer and helped our puppy and us learn so much to start him on the right path! So many people tell me how impressed they are with my pup while out on a walk since he has learned his basic manners so well. Todd taught me as well as our dog how to use the commands and practice in training sessions which has already translated to real life situations. We love paws chateau and the staff and a special thank you to Todd!!

My parents brought Queen, her puppy, to Paws Chateau to have her trained. She was abandoned by her previous family when she was 3 months old, so she is usually not trusting strangers and other dogs. They had tried other training places but none have been able to help Queen. My mother is very pleased to have found Paws Chateau. The staff here is very patient and kind. Ms. Louise was very kind and encouraging toward Queen. Ms. Madison was always attentive and caring. Mr. Todd is an excellent trainer. My mother is greatly pleased with his training method and Queen's behaviors. He makes them feel safe and at ease to bring Queen to class. Thank you, Paws Chateau, very much from our family!
