- JRJustin RisselAug 13, 20263.0They are nice people that work there better than the other vets I have gone to but my dog needs surgery and I don’t feel like they care. I have some serious questions that I asked and they haven’t gotten back to me it’s been two weeks. I wish they cared a lot more and got back to me instead of me always having to reach out to them
- CSCarla SimoneAug 12, 20262.0I was told to bring my cat in at 9 o’clock and she would be released around 2 o’clock. X-rays and vaccines. At 2 o’clock, I still did not have a call so I called them. They had not started anything. A veterinarian called me back, and I did have an excellent conversation with him. We discussed the proposed vaccines and agreed that only one was required. We discussed what I hoped to accomplish with the x-rays. I didn’t get a call until 5 o’clock to pick up my cat. when I questioned the delay I was told that a delayed surgery caused the delay. My cat has not been out of my house in years, and this was very traumatic for her. When I picked her up, I was told that she had urinated in her carrier, and that they sprayed the carrier as well as my cat with some kind of solution which she did not care for . This leads me to believe that she was in her carrier for way way too long. She would never urinate in such a small place if she had a choice. Also, when I brought her home, she immediately wanted to be fed because of course she had been there for nine hours without any food. in the future, I will go back to my small veterinarian office which offers me personal experience with a dedicated veterinarian instead a big box feeling at the vet station in PETCO. I’m sure the veterinarians are well qualified, but I like to form a relationship with one veterinarian, especially with this cat.

- DHDonna HouchenApr 18, 20261.0Pup was separated from me for the exam, brought back to me claiming extreme nerves and the upselling began…from sedatives to immobilization devices to conduct a $700 x-ray “to be sure”…I never saw the vet touch the dog once. Photo attached to show very “tense” dog 🙄

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
