Tried to de-mat my cavapoo for 2 days before the appointment; I had fallen behind on grooming in the middle of a move. When I dropped Mr Pickles off, he had curly, golden hair. I was charged an extra $35 for a "shaving fee", which I didn't register at the moment b/c I was more concerned with being polite towards a small biz. All other groomers I've had have de-matted him, for a fee, if necessary. The total bill was over $ 210. When I picked Mr Pickles up, he was also clearly not bathed.

He had two snack packs of high quality treats to help him remain calm during the visit, and they let us updated through out the groom and then gave us a heads up when he was getting close to being done. They were even able to give him a trim on his sanitary zone as well as clean up the wild hairs around his paws. Very grateful to have such a positive experience here!

The environment is calm and stress-free for the dogs - they are left to roam free behind a secure fence with no other dogs onsite while they are there. Communication with Jacob via text for booking, and check ins on a few things while the grooming was happening made it so easy. We’re thrilled to have found a new high quality groomer in South Bay!
