  Very disappointed with my experience I’m honestly very disappointed with the grooming service my dog received at Petco. When I picked him up, his haircut looked very uneven and poorly done, and he didn’t even smell clean afterward. Unfortunately, he actually smelled bad, which was especially disappointing after paying for a grooming service. I expected my dog to come home clean, fresh, and nicely groomed, but that was not the case. I’m very unhappy with the results and feel like the service did not meet the standard I expected from Petco. I hope this can be addressed because my dog deserved much better.

  Well I have to be honest I'm sure the groomers try and do their best and it's first time I took my Shitzu to be groomed, and I wasn't too happy with the out come, yes the groomer took a lot of his fur to a decent length but didn't trim his underneath to well and around his face, I had to trim when I brought him home, I don't think I'll be going back, I can't remember the name of the groomer,and even if I did I would not mention any names, some of the groomers need to pay attention to detail when trimming.

  This place has plenty of animals and supplies but one thing i noticed that i really hate was that there was a lot of betta fish inside of tiny cups they could barely survive in. Those things need at least 5 gallons of water to survive and they are trapped in confined spaces with like less than a quarter gallon of water. do you guys at least but them back in proper tanks if nobody buys them???

  The meat was dry, the rice was dry, the noodles tasted old and the super greens were garbage!! Even my dog wouldnt eat the pepper steak, it was dryerbthan his dog food! 🥴 a huge disappointment
