Prior to getting my puppy I went by the Hawthorne location. The staff were welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. My person pet visit was on June 11,2026 and it was FANTASTIC from start to finish. The nurse / tech was kind and explained how the visit would go. Dr Anderson was AMAZING and everything that I required in a Vet . She answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable, as it has been 17yrs since I had a puppy. I’m pleased with the plan I purchased and look forward to our next visit.
- ERErik RodriguezMay 16, 20261.0my dog was feeling ill took him, they did two tests and blood work cause they couldn’t see the problem with him spent $500 wanted me to pay for $600 X-rays when he actually had a skin irritation, they are no help and obviously just don’t do through check on your pets unfortunately. They couldn’t offer my pet any help. Not renewing my plan disappointed truly. Went to a different local vet paid $200
- AAArefMay 6, 20261.0They really like to sell their plans. Long story short, they wanted to x-ray my dog teeth so they can extract the tooth while they dont do fillings or any restorative services for the tooth. Saw a Dental Vet and was told my dogs tooth is absolutely fine and covered with dentin and no pulp exposure. Which I knew already bc she dont have any reaction using that tooth or me poking the tooth. Its a business... its not a hospital that care about you or your pets actual needs. There are more caring and more affordable vets in the area.... I have lost all my trust with them.

- RCRodney ChesterMar 27, 20262.0One of the workers was very rude that checked me in, then when I came back to pick up my dog I asked for the manager and she was very nice and said she would fix it... at the end if the day there are hundreds of places u can go to get service for your pets so customer service is very very important!! So dont be RUDE.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
