- KFKathy FujikiMar 18, 20265.0First of all - Dr. Franke is a GOD!!! He has unbelievable patience and kindness, in addition to being an extremely skilled surgeon and a wonderful vet. I would trust him with my life. He is willing to take as much time as necessary to make sure you understand exactly what the issue is and how he will resolve it. Also, there is a front desk staff member named Jessica. Staff do not wear name tags here, but she has super short black hair and the cutest big dimples - which she flashes often! If you are lucky enough to have her help you check in, you will have a fantastic day! Thank you North Valley Veterinary Clinic for having Dr. Franke as a vet. He provides not only first-class animal care but also gives hope and comfort to the animal owners. BEST VET EVER!!!!!

My dog is a giant breed and difficult to handle. This establishment was patient, attentive, professional, and nonjudgmental. I regret not bringing my dog here sooner.
