I was able to see the veterinarian immediately, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They spoke both English and Spanish, which made the experience especially comfortable for my mother, who only speaks Spanish. My dachshund received excellent care and treatment, and I truly felt that the staff cared about our concerns. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely return if we need veterinary care in the future.

I came in to get my dog treatment and they were kind and compassionate towards my Malinois. I appreciated how thorough they were in their assement.
We took our kitten to get her checked up. We wanted to make sure our kitten is health. From the person we got the kitten said it was a girl and 2 months old. The vet tech and the doctor are very knowledgeable. They were able to determine that our cat is a boy and is 5 weeks old. And We are so happy to bring our kitty here. 😊

I was able to schedule my dog to see a doctor here in a timely manner. The staff was good at answering my questions and being bluntly honest about what's best for my dog's health. They took extra precautions and were able to find out my rescue dog had an illness that was never treated with their previous owner. Now he's on the road to getting better thanks to them.

Vet was fine, but the phone they have directs you to a call center and they are extremely incompetent. I spoke to 5 different people and they all gave me different information. They said they would be able to send me a fax of the prescription for my cat, hours later when nothing was processed i call again. My cat is in pain. Another person tells me they can’t fax it and I have to come to the original location which is very far for me now. Extremely inconvenient. Hours waisted.
