  we live out of the way but this location might have just become my new go to after just one visit. At our last location they told us we would need surgery a month from now. We came in today and that issue was just resolved with no surgery needed, then they even threw in a nail trimming on top of it. If your pet needs help this is the place to go.

  Please please don’t leave the little fishes in a tiny container. They are lonely, have no room to swim and are depressed. Half die and end up getting thrown out in the garbage by Petco and other pet stores. Human decency first. Keep the fish all in a much larger container. It’s beyond depressing. Imagine getting locked in a room for your whole life all alone… barley any room to move or breathe and tell me you wouldn’t be depressed. Do people care about animals anymore or is everything just for profit…

  I go to the Petco in Glendale because they carry the Nulo Medal series dog food that my pups really love! The store is clean, and generally well stocked. The only product I ever have a challenge with purchasing is Hill’s science diet I/D low fat prescription food. I’ve heard people tend to buy all of the food when it’s on the shelf, which is there right, but that does it makes it hard for other customers who also have a need for the same food. Maybe quantity limits would be helpful or increasing availability. Other than this issue, I’m satisfied with my shopping experiences at this Petco location.

  I visit the Glendale Petco in person only occasionally (I have a regular home delivery order for my cat's canned food), but every one of those occasions is a pleasure. The store is laid out logically and there's plenty of parking, but the best part of those visits is the staff. Every Petco associate I've encountered has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even when the place is relatively busy, they always take the time to give thoughtful, courteous answers to my question(s); and the checkout is always a cordial, friendly process. It almost makes me wish I had reasons to visit more often!
