I am a returning customer. I have a new fur baby and because of my past history with them, I am back. Of course everyone is new, but they all were very friendly and treated my Daisy with lots of love.

Friendly staff, was my first time here. An at ease vibe, and first and for most not pushy. I noticed with a lot of vets these days, they don't love your pet BUT count on that you do SO MUCH THEY ALWAYS WANT TO OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING, here I did not feel that way, it's refreshing thx.

I want to start by saying that the clinic was able to take my cat in on short notice, and I appreciate that. The staff was polite, and overall this seems like a good veterinary office. However, I had a very concerning experience with communication and follow-up in what I believe was a time-sensitive case. I brought my male cat in on Friday (March 27th) for urinary issues, which can be a time-sensitive and potentially serious condition. I was told I would receive urine analysis results Saturday (the following day), but did not receive a call. The clinic was closed Sunday, so I followed up on Monday around noon and was initially told there were still no results. Later that day, I was informed the sample was too cloudy to process and that I needed to bring my cat back in for a new sample, which I did promptly. I was again told I would receive a call the following day (today) with the updated results. After not hearing back, I called around 4:45PM (clinic closes at 6pm) and was informed the Veterinarian had already left for the day, and I would need to wait until the following day. I also had to initiate follow-up myself when results did not arrive as expected. There did not appear to be any proactive tracking or communication regarding pending lab results, which is concerning in time-sensitive cases. Even a brief update or a call to the lab when results were delayed would have made a significant difference in this situation. For context, this involved a male cat experiencing litter box issues, along with a urine sample that was reported as cloudy. This combination can be associated with conditions such as inflammation, crystals, or even a developing urinary obstruction, and typically warrants close monitoring and timely follow-up. I understand veterinarians have working hours, but in urgent situations, especially urinary issues in male cats, clear and timely communication is critical. Watching my cat remain uncomfortable and struggle in the litter box without clear answers added significant stress during this process. Overall, while I appreciate being seen quickly on Friday, the lack of communication and incomplete follow-through made this a stressful experience. I hope the clinic can improve on both their communication and lab tracking process, particularly for cases that require closer monitoring and timely responses.
