  These people are fantastic and very reasonable prices. We are moving to Hawaii and taking our chihuahua. Hawaii has very strict and complicated requirements to bring in a pet. These people knew exactly what was needed and the timeline Hawaii requires for vaccinations and health certificate. They were also $700 cheaper overall than the other 8 veterinary clinics I checked that are authorized to perform the same procedures. Additionally, they gave me 3 copies of all the documents and were even able to get a copy of her rabies vaccination 6 yrs ago from the pet hospital that rescued her, which I was not able to get. Fantastic staff and prices we average people can afford.

  Sheeze, this place is OUTSTANDING. I am a volunteer with a Persian cat rescue group and I have seen an array of cat health issues with these exotic breeds pulled from the shelter. We use the Discount Animal Clinic next door for many things but for everything else, the Community Vet Hospital covers it all. Dr. Jennings recently helped me with my 2 exotic short hair Persian cats. She has an outstanding bedside manner and helped troubleshoot issues with a cat with Irritable Bowel. The team also helped with our other cat who had eye issues coming out of surgery. They did several follow up phone calls to get background information from me as well as check on their health. They also did a great job coordinating medicine at an affordable price. They so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. As a whole, the Vets at Community Veterinary Hospital put their pet patients first versus others who care solely about profits. I appreciate everything they do to help pet parents in the community.   Great prices and fast service. Almost like I'm at a fast food restaurant but with a reservation needed first no walk ins lol

  We are so happy to have found Community Vet Hospital after years of going from one expensive, impersonal vet office to another. We have multiple cats and senior dogs (two being giant breed) and have been in a number of times in the past few months for mildly urgent visits and routine maintenance, including a scheduled surgical procedure on one of our large dogs, which went perfectly! Every time, they have been very well cared for and we have been met with respectful and reasonable options for their services. It feels good to have confidence in your chosen vet, especially with aging pets. Thank you to Dr. Au and the entire staff for the great work you do!!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. The customer service here is beyond rude — it’s outright disrespectful and unprofessional. One of the older white women was especially hostile and made the entire visit uncomfortable from start to finish. As a pet owner, trusting someone with your animal is serious, and this place completely failed. There was zero compassion, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense that they genuinely care about the animals they’re supposed to be helping. I would not trust them with my pet under any circumstances. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that actually values both you and your animal. This place is a complete disappointment.
