  Truly a good sight sadly the animals need to be better taken care of the fish tanks are disgusting too I feel so bad for them

  The store could be bigger and would be nice to have more variety. It's a small store but could be better lots of wasted space as well as poorly as stocked. I would expect more from a huge chain store like Petco. Probably going to check out other stores to shop from in my area

  This location is always well stocked and the sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly. Never had a bad experience, would recommend for any of your animal needs.

  Won't be going back here EVER!!!! Too bad the ladies that work in the front of the store don't work in the grooming department. I scheduled an appointment to get my dog groomed. I was thrown off a bit because his appointment was at 9am and the doors were locked. But a really friendly woman opened the doors and was so full of energy and welcoming so I quickly looked over the little wait, things happen. She directed us to the back where the groomers were. We get to the grooming department and there's 2 bubbly women working and 1 that looked like she didn't want to be there. I let them know we were there for a 9am appointment. The grumpy lady said "you didn't get my message?" to which I responded, "what message?". The lady said my dog is too old to get groomed there because there is no vet on site. Disappointed and frustrated, my dog and I left. It is frustrating because I completed the pre check in forms and never did anything come up about a dog being too old. I checked my voicemail and have no messages saying that my dog would not be able to be groomed. I did receive a text saying "sorry we missed you. Rebook your appointment". Yes, my dog is old but old dogs don't need to be groomed also? And no apologies or anything for having to show up and be turned away. NEVER GOING TO PETCO AGAIN!!!!
