  This location needs shopping carts. The staff are nice and the shelves are usually stocked with what I need. But the lack of shopping carts is almost unacceptable. I only come to this location when I need a pet product immediately and I can’t make it to Riverpark conveniently. I have cats which means I’m picking up cat litter regularly. When I do have to come to this location I have to ask someone to come with me to help carry stuff out the store. Please invest in shopping carts.

  I always have had good service at petco. I believe its one of the managers that is always going the xtra mile for the customer

  I hate writing this, had gone to the Riverside location for a few the last 8 months and was satisfied with their sevice until the last appointment where the only washed her, didnt do anything to her face, so I decided to change locations and come to the Blackstone location. Got to the store at 8:15 (was running a lil late), doors were locked but I called and a really nice lady came and opened the door. We went to the back where there was another really sweet lady who went through their protocol. I'm a spiritualist and my dogs behavior quickly change and wanted to go. But I trusted these ladies because they were bubbly! The reason I brought her there was because she was itching and needed a cut. Long story short picked her up, and the one thing that concerned me was the aggression the groomer had with her, she grabbed her and said let me cut around your face and was really aggressive (to me)! Still wasnt too concerned, cause the groomer presented friendly, anyways get home and she's scratching and itching more then she was when we went plus she didn't smell good AT ALL!!! FIRST TIME SHAME ON YOU, SECOND TIME SHANE ON ME! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK...I really dont think they wanted my money anyways! Very disappointing to say the least!
