- XSxOXo SchMyndiMay 3, 20263.0Employees are friendly. Items are usually always in stock. We have membership but receive no benefits from it. Every time we purchase our dogs food, which is about once every month or so, we are informed by the cashier that after every 8th bag of food we get one for free. We've never gotten a free bag of food and to this day the store and even corporate cannot figure out why that is. We out in oir number every time we buy dog food or check out at the store. We've talked to the manager in store and have even called corporate with the manager in store and nothing has been or can be done. No one has been able to fix the app or site or our membership.

Next time I will call in advance to make sure that they have what I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. One can of bison with tax cost $4.65 but that seems to be the going price. The store is very clean. I will continue going to Petco
