  Your pet will DIE HERE. The reviews about the lady up front being rude are true, them keeping your pet waiting even though they’re about to die, it’s true. We picked up our ashes at the vet, lady didn’t even make eye contact and was passive. They had us wait for too long before our cat passed, even though the place was empty. (Still paid them that $5k though!) Please save your animal and go to BluePearl.

  My Frenchie Bubba passed unexpectedly while I was on vacation. My friend was Able to Trans port him to 24/7 Vet care for cremations I wanted to ask for his paw prints, but I was too distraught over his passing and never did reach out to request it. several weeks later I received a sympathy card in the mail and inside where my Bubba’s paw prints. All the Employees had signed the card. I am truly grateful for their kind thoughts and the extra effort to capture my dog prints for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  We arrived with my 13 year old dog after she got into a minor dog fight with a foster dog. She had a cut above her ear and on her ear with very minimal bleeding. After having us wait for many hours and ensuring us she was stable. The vet informed us she would need a clip and clean and could go home with meds. They brought us proposed bill with a $6K+ surgery with 24 hour observation. We told them it didn’t seem necessary and was extremely expensive. After providing them a bigger, they brought another proposed bill for 3x that budget. We finally left with just the meds and sought out a second opinion from our primary vet. They found the recommended for the surgery to be egregious and unnecessary. I cannot in good conscience ever recommend this practice.

  Good clean vet, stressful environment but they seem to care about the pets they are seeing. The wait time can be excessive but 4-5 hours at 11pm on Friday night. What do you expect…..
