I was supposed read the reviews before I take my cat to them. Even their customers service is worst

I just had to most frustrating experience at Banfield. I made an appointment at 9:30 AM and my cat was only seen at 1PM. The vet also gave my cat a vaccine injection on the leg that was injured, and the injury that was the main reason for coming in the first place. I had to repeatedly ask for updates, only to be given rolling estimates of “30 minutes to an hour,” none of which were accurate. This lack of transparency was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time. This went on for FOUR HOURS. They told me that the doctor was delayed due to a surgery complication which I can understand. However, at 11AM, I was told that the doctor was out of surgery and was conducting physical exams. By 12 PM, I received no communication and had to ask AGAIN about my cat. I was told the Dr. will be coming to update me shortly, another HOUR pass, and a vet tech came out to speak to me to inform me that they JUST completed the exam and shot. This means that when the first guy told me "they'll be coming to update you shortly" at 12PM, they hadn't even started seeing my cat. I went into the visit with concerns over my cat's left hind leg sensitivity. After explaining to me the procedures they did to check his injured leg, the vet tech informed me that they gave him the vaccine shot on THAT VERY SAME INJURED LEG. I'm completed BAFFLED by this decision. Even if the physical exam did not show any symptoms of leg pain (which I believe my cat did not react out of fear), I the owner, expressly stated that I noticed unusual behavior of sensitivity on that leg. WHY ON EARTH would they still inject him on that leg?

My dog started bleeding in store so I rushed over there for help. I was ignored until I spoke up to them and was met with a rude response from the front desk lady and then promptly ignored again as she spoke with another customer. I yelled my dog was bleeding and she coldly told me there was no doctors (as a doctor walked out to hand medicine to another parent). Like you're going to ignore me, be rude, and lie?? I WOULD NEVER take ny dog there now knowing they'd let a dog bleed. And yes I was sent home with ny dog still bleeding.
