But this new staff is terrible - they are really rude over the phone and up-charge at every moment. I think the worst part was when I spoke to the doctor about my complaints (her name is Nicole), instead of understanding and trying to get to a solution she was rude, talked over me, and could care less about my issue. There are better places out there for your pets, please don’t go here!

I've been to many Vet Hospitals over my lifetime and I can stay for sure that this Hospital is run wonderfully. I will always recommend this place to my family and friends.
