  If I could give a negative star review, I would. Horrible, horrible service. I took my dog in for an allergy shot, and they took her in the back, gave her more shots without permission and charged me for a vet visit and 3 shots. Nothing was discussed with me beforehand, and I never met the vet. I have been going there over 20 years and won't go back. New owners ( which they also didnt mention.) Simply horrible. I did talk with the office manager. He said he would look into it. I asked to wait while he did, and he explained that he had other customers in the facility that he needed to help. Apparently, this wasn't a priority for him. I also asked for a call back from the vet. Neither of them called me, now over 24 hours later.

  I was evacuated during the Garden Grove/GKN chemical tank debacle, and was desperate to find boarding space for my semi-feral pet cat. I cold called Brookfield and they welcomed us with open arms. Every single staff member I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was beyond impressed with how well they got to know my cat while she was there, but most importantly they did not take advantage of the emergency situation and gouge me like some of my neighbors experienced with other service providers. I had such an outstanding experience with Brookfield that I just switched my cat’s veterinary care over to them. When you find good people, stick with them, right?!

  We have been going to Brookfield pet Hospital since I was a kid and we would take our childhood pets there. There’s no other place that we trust more to take care of our pets as we treat them as family. Our cat has been dealing with some health issues and we took him in yesterday to be seen and not only did they work with us on pricing, they communicated which treatment was more important and what treatments could wait if need be. They all loved on our cat and were so gentle and sweet. They are very kind with not only our pets, but us. I love doing business with this vet and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 12/10 recommend!

  I had the worst experience and do not go to Dr Pearl Chen. She gave my dog an ear swab but never told me the results but gave me some useless tube of meds and the dumb receptionist said to use my finger to put it in my dogs ear. She gave my dog a rabies shot although my dog wasn’t due yet. She would not return my phone call. She upsold me a tube of “mousse” with no instructions. My dog’s paws are still not resolved. Dr Chen is the worst.
