- BBao -Jun 26, 20265.0I love bringing my pets here. If you can make an appointment then it's no different than any other pet hospital except that it's much easier on your wallet. If you need to do a walk in, you need to be patient and pay attention to the staff-animal ratio. If there are just too many pets there and not enough staff then you gotta decide if you wanna hang out or not. They are friendly and caring people. They will treat you as nice as you treat them just like any other business.

Do they not keep record of these things? Was literally there less than a month ago? Last time they tried to do the same thing but luckily I had the receipt that indicated the vaccines they had administered. Lack of professionalism.
- MNMichelle NguyenMar 2, 20262.0The vet and techs are good and caring, but they do not take appointments for wellness exams or vaccines and waiting 3+ hours to be seen for a general check up is not great. There are too many people trying to get care and, on busy days, you can spend the entire day just waiting. Very good place for procedures, very bad place for check-ups and other non-emergency treatment.
