  This is one of the worst institutions I have ever dealt with they don’t give a damn about anything that has to do with the dogs through well-being. Every single time I spent 45 $600 going there even though I have insurance the ear infection in my dog has been ongoing for a year now and they don’t even bother to clean the ears and care for the animal that you take there. .

  My dog, Tesla, had a wellness plan with Banfield, and Becky was the one who sold it to me. We initiated the plan in July 2025, and we performed the wisdom panel test, which is included in the plan, last July. However, after about three months, I reached out again and conducted the test later in 2025, but still, no results were obtained. In June 2026, I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that there were no results and requested that I take the test again. I complied and scheduled the test for June 15, 2026. After approximately three weeks, Becky called me to inform me that the results were available. I was supposed to receive an email from the service, but I haven’t received anything yet. Since then I have left 4 notes to Becky by calling the reception desk and no replies and no call back. I specifically asked the receptionist whose name is Jacky and she said she cannot provide me with when Becky will call me. Terrible service!

  Just returned home after an urgent visit to Banfield Pet Hospital. Shout out to Zoe, who took our initial call and gave us great phone support and set up an immediate appointment. Many thanks to Brian and Dr. Graham, who helped diagnose our dog's ear infection, perform a cleaning, and apply the meds. They were super pleasant, clear about what care options we had, and professional with both us and our dog. Great care and great service. Thank you!

  Overall, our experience at Banfield was very positive, especially because of Dr. Gonzales. The appointment process was smooth, the wait time was reasonable, and the front desk staff and nurses were very welcoming, supportive, and prompt with follow-ups. Dr. Gonzales was incredibly kind, compassionate, and reassuring during a very difficult time for our little dog, who has struggled with severe allergies for years. Recently, he was in so much pain that he started hiding in the restroom, which completely broke our hearts, and she truly made us feel supported and cared for. The only small thing I would mention is that I wish the clinic felt a little more refreshed and tidy. Aside from that, the care and attention Dr. Gonzales and the staff gave our little one truly outweighed any minor concerns. We are very grateful for them.
