She really went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. She answered all my questions and made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Thanks to her, I was able to find and purchase a new dog collar, leash, and harness. She also assisted me with the dog tag engraving process for my adopted husky. You’re the best! Our Cane Corso puppy, Barkley, is a strong, intelligent breed, and we knew early on that proper training would be critical. Kassandra was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly effective in guiding not just Barkley—but us as owners—through the process. She took the time to explain the “why” behind each technique, helped us build consistency at home, and gave us practical tools that actually work in real-life situations. We saw noticeable improvements in Barkley’s focus, behavior, and responsiveness week after week. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares. We had to miss a class due to vacation, and she went out of her way to allow us to make it up, which we truly appreciated. She celebrated Barkley’s progress with us and made the entire experience enjoyable and encouraging. If you’re considering training—especially for a large or strong-willed breed—we highly recommend Kassandra.
