  I usually go to this petco to get my dog groomed and always had a great experience unfortunately this time was bad at first when I went to pick her up the girl said the clippers fell and gave my girl a bald spot I didn't think it was to bad they gave me 25 percent off the price but when I got her home it hit me it really looks bad I know accidents happen but this is really upsetting I feel like I shouldn't of been charged at all.

  Si se pudiera, no daba una sola estrella, fui hace un tiempo por unos peces y tardaron demasiado tiempo en atenderme , regrese de nuevo y paso exactamente lo mismo, puedes tardar hasta una hora frente a la pecera esperando que te atiendan ...pecimo servicio....

  Dropped my Shih Tzu off at 9am and was explained that it might take more time because of so many dogs. This resulted in a 4:30 pickup and with a terrible grooming job with nothing i requested being followed. You should cancel appointments if not being able to properly accommodate instead of keeping a dog in a cage for an extended period of time. Terrible service and communication.

  This review is solely on their vet clinic. Took a stray dog in to be scanned and they told me she was not chipped. Took her to another vet down the street and had her scanned again. They found a chip and they were able to contact the owner. I know mistakes can be made, but that's why it's good to get a second opinion.
