Absolutely horrible experience. We took our sweet baby puppy to get checked out because she was in pain and could barely walk. There were no warnings before had that anything was wrong until we had to bring her in. We were willing to get extra testing but The dr assured us she was fine and gave us probiotics. We took her on a Friday and by Monday we had to take her to an emergency clinic in Redlands where she had to be put to sleep due to the extent of serious factors including an infection and paralysis. Surgery would not save her. I’m heartbroken and disappointed.

Walk, NO RUN RUN RUN away from this place. Dr Navarro was treating a pup and gave a "Conditional release" and never did the follow up nor did Dr. Navarro request blood work, and never notified owners of any Contraindications either Acute or chronic.
California veterinary board needs to examine this provider and the background of her prescribing abilities

Was inquiring as to why my cat did not receive his vaccination, to which we were told from the vet tech if the cat was sick and received the vaccine he would die. Asked to speak to the actual vet regarding this and was because they were not able to obtain a blood sample to confirm a negative test, had nothing to do with the infrequent loose stool and he was also not sick. The front desk last laughed at us and told us it was funny, when we questioned her professionalism we were told that they were going to call the police. Called to speak to a branch manager, never got through and no messages are ever returned. Horrible customer service. If this is how they treat people in public, imagine how they treat animals in the private. The vet even told us to go to a different location because of the customer service!!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
