- KZKaren Zakowicz4 days ago5.0Michelle was at front desk of Banfield and helped to get my prescription for dog food. She was diligent in helping me. She called the vet I originally got Rx at to verify since I did not get paperwork in to get dog food. She was pleasant and attentive and I would highly recommend speaking with her to take care of anyone's concerns. Hopefully her manager...Kim. ..sees this. Thank you.
- CKchristina KimOct 3, 20261.0Go to a different vet and a local vet. This place runs it as corporates. Dr called and said she wasnt able to do any testing because she was unable to find the vein but they charge me for testing lol. When I asked for the result of the test they are saying it needs to be paid to obtained it but then when i received the result the testing was done 3 mins ago when she went inside to get the result when I asked her for. Jokes on you. I knew this is stay away vet but still went in for quick appointment time and this is what i get as I expected. Never coming back for this banfield corporate.

- EBEric BAug 26, 20261.0Took my 12 yr Golden for his routine checkup and before the visit he was able to get up off the floor on his own and after picking him up a few hours later he is brought out by 2 nurses having to help him walk and now he cannot get up on his own, the manager told me he is probably stiff from being in a cage, its been 2 weeks and he still cant stand up on his own, took him to another vet and says he may have a spinal nerve injury and suggests having a MRI which I cant afford ($2000 to $5000) and I got the reports and saw that the 2 calls on the 12th and 13th were completely false with no mention I told her that he cant stand on his own.

There are some expensive things, but I think that comes with animal care. I have been going for my sharpei mix, who has been fixed there, has allergies, ear issues, and butt gland issues.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
