We made a follow up appointment for our kitty to have a checkup at the Folsom location because it was closer to where we live in downtown sac. I was hitting every red light and traffic was bad so I gave a courtesy call to the office to let them know I would 5 min late but I was almost there. They cancelled the appointment on me while I was less than 10 minutes away 😭😭😭 they said they could not accommodate someone being even 5 min late. Most places have at least a 15 min courtesy window, but not vetco Folsom apparently. I was livid as I had just drove 30 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic and had to turn back around and drive another 30 minutes back home. An hour of driving and 2 hours taken off work for this appointment- wasted because of 5 minutes. Thanks for nothing vetco Folsom you’ll never get a cent out of me. Absolutely abysmal customer service
