  I usually don't shop at this Petco but stopped by after an appointment. Carts were all over, no one said Hello like they do at the Fair Oaks store. The cashier was rude and unfriendly, Name tag said " Batman" umm ok . I asked about the nutrition discount I get and he said something that didn't make any sense then told me, hey I don't make the rules. Then an elderly lady was waiting by the register wanting some change, he ignored her and made her wait, then told her he didn't have any when he could of told her at the beginning . All very unprofessional, I'll just keep going to the Fair Oaks store, never had any issues there.

  Convenient location and friendly staff. Good selection of Hills Science Diet dog food, but prices sure continue to rise. I wish they offered more discounts. I watch prices on certain dog treats our dogs like, but often Petco is higher.

  Several of the Groomers have left the salon including my groomer At the Folsom location. I was so sad, however quickly made an appointment with another groomer, that I am not familiar with. I went to the salon to introduce myself and asked the guest attendant to add a few notes to our profile for our stylist information. I was told that I needed to talk to a manager. Lots of discussion during our conversation asked for the District Manager information as we were not able to communicate. I asked for the district Manager's contact information and was told she was visiting the store at the time. Without any reason in my opinion she advised me to go to the Antelope location and again I was trying to understand what was happening, I am not a picky dog mom about looks and expressed that I only wanted my dog to not be in a cage since this has been our normal routine since he was a puppy. I was asked to leave and told that the cops were going to be called as I was at that time considered to be trespassing. I asked if I could please get my food, and I was told to leave immediately! WOW!

  This Petco is great and so helpful! We realized we forgot to pick up our cat food buy-online-pick-up-in-store order and walked in our front door just a few minutes before Petco closed to our cat sitting by the empty food bowl and staring at us sadly. My mom went right back out the door to drive to Petco and called them on the way. They said they'd bring it out even though it was right when they closed. We (and our cats) were super grateful!
