Every transaction is smooth, and he never makes me feel rushed. Nowadays, it’s hard to find genuinely caring people who take the time to provide great customer service, but Thomas consistently goes above and beyond. His positive attitude and willingness to help make every visit enjoyable. Petco is lucky to have him on their team!

- DDdbrockcaJun 15, 20262.0I usually don't shop at this Petco but stopped by after an appointment. Carts were all over, no one said Hello like they do at the Fair Oaks store. The cashier was rude and unfriendly, Name tag said " Batman" umm ok . I asked about the nutrition discount I get and he said something that didn't make any sense then told me, hey I don't make the rules. Then an elderly lady was waiting by the register wanting some change, he ignored her and made her wait, then told her he didn't have any when he could of told her at the beginning . All very unprofessional, I'll just keep going to the Fair Oaks store, never had any issues there.
