    Worst experience of my life. My cat is leash trained and they wouldn't accept her out of the cage even though she walking around like my dog. They said the dog is fine. Makes no sense. Will never step foot into a petco ever again due to this experience. The girls need customer service training and common sense training. Took my cats to VIP petcare and had such a better experience. They did not give me any of the problems that vetco staff did.

    Made our appointment and showed up at that time. Was greeted by the friendly staff. We discussed what was needed on this visit and was told a price. Then was taken back for shits and test. All the staff is so nice and friendly. Very good with animals especially my big dog that gets nervous going to a vet.

    I took my puppy in to get her 3rd set of vaccinations and was told that the ones she got at 6 weeks were done to early and no good, so she would need two more sets. Then she tried to sell me a package for two sets of vaccines for $200+. While waiting I researched and found vets recommend 1st vaccines at 6-8 weeks. When I asked to cancel, she said ok 1 minute and then walked away (rude). Disappointing. Do better Vetco.
