  Very pleased with the grooming experience my Scottie had. It was a wonderful experience for her and she was very comfortable with Airiele.

  Sept 10,2026. I have bought pet supplies here for many years and have been happy with the products and customer service. Today that impression changed drastically. I was initially told when I bought some supplies for our new puppy that no receipt was needed, just my phone number. The initial salesperson today had a hard time finding my purchase but finally located it. I also had a small crate to return. Again no evidence. I asked for the manager who looked it up, non existent. He proceded to call me a crazy lady and walked off. He was extremely rude and had a smirk on his face. I assume there is no training in customer service. Even if the customer is wrong, they need to be treated with diplomacy and tact. He was quite pleased that I would not shop there again and another smirk which I rudely replied that he could wipe it off his face. Needless to say I will never give my money to Petco again.

  Always find what I need and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Love finding some good cat or dog treats and food in the clearance section.
