  I’ve been taking my golden retriever to this grooming location since we moved to the area, starting around early 2024. I let them know from the beginning that she does not like the blow dryer because she is scared. During our last grooming session they said that our dog could no longer be seen with them and to use a private dog grooming service. Which was a complete surprise to me since no one had ever mentioned anything before. I tried to get her in for a basic nail trim and I was told that they could not take her since there were notes from back in 2025 (we are in 2026 now) about her “behavior”. Our dog is not aggressive at all and we have never been told previously about any issues. I guess they were still willing to take our money and until they thought it was a problem for them. It seems to be they are not well trained to handle dogs even though they are in the business of pet grooming.

  I had an appointment for grooming and she said” we don’t cut these kind of fur here.” Then why do you accept appointment for corgi/terrier mixed and waste my time plus my money. Disappointment! Don’t even bother guys.

  Petco ALWAYS does this. Everytime I find a food or treats my animals actually like and don't end up throwing up, Petco decides to stop stocking it. I honestly don't even know why I bother going in to a store anymore when I need to go to two or three locations to get what my cats eat and they basically up charge you for the "convenience". I may just call it a day on in store shopping and go strictly to Chewy or Amazon. The staff is always nice though, that's worth 1 star.
