  The setting is a home-like Environment and my 2 dogs were very comfortable and well taken care of. One of my dogs was a little anxious for the firat day and they let me know and we worked together to make sure the dog was happy and relaxed. Excellent experience.

  We are long time clients of Vickie’s, and on our second furry friend with Bow Wow. She does an amazing job caring for our pets when we are away. A major advantage is the flexibility we have for drop off/pick up, with very reasonable rates. Our dog comes back happy every time.

  I have been boarding my dog with Vickie for about 5 years. She used to dread being boarded at other facilities, but happily runs inside the house when I drop her off. Boarding here is different than your typical facility. The dogs stay in the home with various rooms gated off to separate them. Being in a more comfortable environment rather than a kennel was exactly what my dog needed to feel safe when I’m gone. My has to take medications twice a day for her anxiety and allergies. Vickie doesn’t charge extra to give medications. She’s always easy to book with and responds quickly to texts. Vickie is the only one I trust to watch my dog other than family.

  Vickie watched my dog for 11 hours during the day of my event, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My dog is very anxious and usually uncomfortable around new people, but Vickie welcomed him so warmly and made the whole process completely seamless. He came back happy, calm, and clearly well cared for, which says a lot for an anxious pup. I felt totally at ease leaving him with her and would absolutely trust her again in the future!

  We had an unexpected visit to the Fair Oaks area and called to see if they’d be able to take care of our dog Clyde for the day. After a quick friendly call everything was in order and we dropped him off the next morning. Vicki was great and Clyde felt at home immediately. Worked out great. We’ll be back again! Thanks!
